- 🐖 400g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g potato
- 1 green chili
Condiments
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 pinches black pepper
Liquids
- 💧 500ml water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Cut pork shoulder into 3-4cm pieces and prepare potatoes by slicing them into 2cm thick pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (doenjang, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, oyster sauce, minced garlic, green chili, and black pepper) in a bowl.
Marinate the pork with the mixed seasoning and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the potatoes until they are lightly browned and translucent (about 4-5 minutes).
Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook until 70% done (about 2-3 minutes).
Pour 500ml water into the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy with rice or a side of soju.
