Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (300g), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Thinly slice the potato into 8mm pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and dry.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the potato slices and stir-fry until they become translucent.
Add the sauce mixture and butter. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the potatoes are cooked through.
Plate the dish and garnish with sliced green onion.
