- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and sliced
- 5 shiso leaves, torn
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut the pork into 3cm wide strips.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, then soak them in water and drain. Tear the shiso leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add potatoes and stir-fry until translucent.

Add butter and soy sauce, mix well to season. Add shiso leaves and pepper, and quickly stir-fry to combine.
