Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Seafood
- 1 can (125g) canned clams in water
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (150g)
- 1/4 red paprika (40g)
- 1 bok choy (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 300cc water
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Herbs
- 1 bay leaf

Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red paprika and bok choy.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add pork and cook until lightly browned.

Add potatoes, paprika, bok choy, and canned clams (including the liquid) to the pot.

Pour water, sake, salt, pepper, and add the bay leaf. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
