Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 150g sliced pork
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, and slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
In a bowl, mix the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork mixture, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and water) and bring to a boil. Then add the vermicelli and simmer for 2–3 minutes until softened.
