- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 100g shredded cabbage
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Thinly slice the onion and grate the ginger.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork belly for about 2 minutes until the color changes. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.

Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add the ginger and seasonings, and stir-fry together.

Serve the ginger stir-fry over shredded cabbage on a plate.
