- 8 slices (200g) pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🍅 120g cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 20g fresh basil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
步驟
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then pat dry. Chop cherry tomatoes and half of the basil (10g). Slice garlic and remove its core.
Mix minced onion, chopped cherry tomatoes, minced basil, and the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl to make the tomato sauce.
Lay out pork belly slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and scatter the remaining basil (10g) over them. Roll the slices tightly, connecting them to form two rolls.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until garlic is golden, then remove garlic. Add the pork rolls and sear the seams first, then cook all sides until browned and fully cooked.
Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces, plate them, top with the garlic, and drizzle with tomato sauce.
