- 🥩 300g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls of chives
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Chive Salad Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Slice the onion and cut the chives into 5cm lengths.

Mix pork belly slices with the meat seasoning ingredients.
