Meat
- 250g pork slices
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add pork slices, and massage the mixture into the meat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Add all-purpose flour and potato starch to the marinated pork and coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Divide the coated pork into 6 portions, lightly press them, and gently drop them into the oil. Fry for 4–5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
