Main Ingredients
- 1 pork cutlet
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1.5-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1-1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🥚 1-2 eggs
- 💧 1/2 cup water
步驟
Fry the pork cutlet and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat oil and sauté green onions and onions.
Add kimchi and stir-fry, then pour in 1/2 cup of kimchi juice.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1.5-2 tbsp soy sauce, 1-1.5 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil.
Once the broth thickens slightly, place the pork cutlet on top.
Beat 1-2 eggs and pour them around the edges of the pot. Garnish with green onions.
