- 250g pork slices
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Starch
- 5 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

In a bowl, mix the pork slices with the marinade ingredients and massage well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Crack the egg into the bowl and mix well. Add potato starch and coat the pork evenly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 2cm deep). Fry the pork until crispy. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and garnish with lemon wedges.
