Wrapper
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 60g kimchi
Cheese
- 40g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Binder
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the pork and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add kimchi and stir until well combined. Let it cool.
Place the cooled pork kimchi mixture and shredded pizza cheese onto the spring roll wrappers. Wrap tightly and seal the edges with a mixture of flour and water.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and deep-fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
