- 8 slices pork loin (thinly sliced)

- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces.
