- 10 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Lay out plastic wrap, overlap pork slices slightly, season with salt and pepper, and dust with cornstarch.
Place melting cheese slices and shimeji mushrooms on the pork, then roll tightly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the rolls seam-side down.
Cook while turning the rolls until the pork is fully cooked.
Add sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, butter) to the pan and coat the rolls.
