- 8 slices pork belly

- 🧀 4 pieces processed cheese (40g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of white sesame seeds

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1.5 tbsp sukiyaki sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
步驟
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into 8 vertical slices. Halve the processed cheese vertically.
Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour. Place processed cheese and mushroom slices at one end and roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam for 1 minute. Add sukiyaki sauce and coat the rolls thoroughly. Serve and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
