Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch mizuna, chopped
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli noodles
Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
步驟
Julienne the cucumber, thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Chop the mizuna and thinly slice the pork loin. Mix all dressing ingredients in a container to prepare the dressing.
Boil water in a pot, cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain. In the same pot, add a pinch of salt and cook the pork slices one by one until done. Drain and cool in water. Cut the vermicelli into manageable lengths.
Combine the pork, vermicelli, cucumber, onion, and dressing in a bowl. Arrange mizuna on a serving plate and top with the mixed pork and vegetables.
