Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 60g mizuna greens
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

- 1 tbsp potato starch

- 5 shiso leaves
- 2 myoga ginger buds
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
