- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- Pinch of toasted sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Cut the chives into 4cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.

In a bowl, mix the pork, onion, and all seasoning ingredients until well combined.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the pork mixture, and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the pork changes color and the onion softens.

Add the chives and stir-fry briefly.

Plate the dish, top with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
