Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 150g pork tenderloin block
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 🥛 150ml milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Butter Rice
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Pinch of dried parsley
Thickener
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly.
Cut the pork into 5mm thick slices, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté onion and mushrooms until softened, then add pork and cook until the meat changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, water, consomme, salt, pepper), mix lightly, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add butter, yogurt, and milk, bring to a boil, then add the potato starch mixture to thicken. Turn off the heat.
Mix cooked rice with butter and parsley in a bowl, plate the rice, and pour the stroganoff sauce over it.
