- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seafood
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water. Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and remove the roe.
In a pot, combine potatoes, dashi powder, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Add mirin and soy sauce, and simmer on medium heat for another 5–6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add mentaiko and green onion to the pot and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
