- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 1 mentaiko (50g), inner contents extracted
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water. Drain thoroughly.

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the inner contents.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until softened.

Add sake, mentsuyu, and mentaiko to the pan. Stir quickly to combine.

Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
