Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Meat
- 150g pork belly, sliced into 3cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm-wide wedges.

Slice the bell peppers and cut the pork belly into 3cm-wide pieces.

Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and grated ginger in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly and potatoes.

Add sake, cover the pan, and steam for 2 minutes.

Add bell peppers and stir-fry, then pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
