- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), thinly sliced
Cooking Oils
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder

Thinly slice the potato, then julienne it. Soak in water for 5 minutes and pat dry.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir until coated with oil. Add the tuna and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the potato becomes tender and translucent.
