Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (250g), diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧀 50g cream cheese
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Condiments
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Wraps
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Dice the potatoes into 1cm cubes and soak them in water. Mince the onion and drain the tuna.
Place the potatoes and onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mix the cooked potatoes and onion with cream cheese, tuna, yuzu kosho, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the filling onto spring roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal the edges with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry the spring rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
