- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup sliced carrot
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup water
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
