- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 3 slices of cheese
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasonings

- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Prepare all ingredients.
Thinly slice the potatoes into strips.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes and mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Chop the green onion finely and beat the eggs until smooth.
Squeeze out the water from the potatoes using your hands.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the potatoes evenly.
