步驟
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly using a slicer. Soak the slices in water, changing the water several times. Dry the potato slices thoroughly.
Heat salad oil to 160°C. Fry the potato slices one by one until they turn slightly golden. Remove them from the oil and drain excess oil.
Place the fried potato slices in a paper bag, add a pinch of salt, close the bag, and shake well. Serve in your preferred container.
