Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and sliced
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧄 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 💧 700ml water
- 1 coin soup stock
Seasonings
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Prepare the ingredients: peel and slice the potato, chop the onion and green onion, and beat the egg.
Rinse the potato slices in cold water three times to remove excess starch.
Add 700ml water and 1 coin soup stock to a pot. Bring to a boil and add the potato slices. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and season with minced garlic, soy sauce, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Pour the beaten egg around the edge of the pot. Let it cook briefly before stirring gently.
Add the chopped green onion and a pinch of pepper. Stir and turn off the heat.
Serve the soup in bowls and enjoy while hot.
