- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥚 1 egg
- Anchovies for broth
- Kelp for broth
- 💧 600ml water
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chili to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Boil water with anchovies and kelp to make broth.
