- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 20g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
步驟
Cut potatoes into 7mm cubes, soak in water, drain, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Let cool.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix ground pork with salt in a bowl. Add egg, onion, breadcrumbs, and pepper, then knead thoroughly.
Add potatoes to the mixture, divide into 8 portions, shape into patties, and create a small indentation in the center.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place patties in the pan, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Flip and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove when fully cooked.
Wipe the pan clean and add sauce ingredients. Heat and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the patties and serve.
