Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
- 3 tbsp salad oil
- 🍅 ketchup as needed
- 🌭 mustard as needed
☆ Ingredients
- 🍶 150g silken tofu
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Mash until smooth.
Add silken tofu, potato starch, salt, pepper, and consomme powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly while mashing.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Flatten each portion to about 5cm in diameter, place shredded cheese in the center, and wrap to form a nugget shape.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the nuggets until golden brown on all sides. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
