- 🥔 1 large potato
- 🧅 1/2 medium onion
- 🍖 1/2 piece ham
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 2 slices cheese or mozzarella
Seasonings
- A pinch of pepper

- Cooking oil as needed
步驟
Thinly slice the potato and sprinkle with 2-3 pinches of salt. Let it sit to draw out moisture, then squeeze out the water.
Prepare eggs and cheese. You can use mozzarella cheese instead of sliced cheese.
Slice the onion and ham into thin pieces.
Mix the salted potato, onion, ham, eggs, and a pinch of pepper together.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the mixture into pancake-sized portions. Cook until golden brown.
After cooking, place cheese on top of the pancake, then layer another golden-brown pancake on top.
Serve with ketchup for added flavor.
