Main Ingredients
- 🌿 1 handful soaked seaweed
- 🥔 2 potatoes, sliced into half-moons
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Broth
- 💧 5-6 cups water
步驟
Soak the seaweed in water until softened, then drain and set aside.
In a pot, add the soaked seaweed, sesame oil, doenjang, gochujang, and black pepper.
Sauté the seasoned seaweed over medium heat until fragrant.
Add the sliced potatoes to the pot and stir-fry briefly to combine.
Pour in 5-6 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the potatoes are tender and the seaweed is soft.
