- 🍗 6 chicken wings
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/3 burdock root
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🍚 50g washed rice
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 slices ginger
- 10 goji berries
- 💧 800ml water
步驟
Make cuts along the bones of the chicken wings. Rub with salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
Prepare vegetables: separate green onion into white and green parts, cut white into quarters; slice shiitake stems and quarter caps; crush garlic; scrape burdock root and cut into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, then drain.
Add chicken wings, prepared vegetables, rice, and seasoning ingredients into the pressure cooker. Heat on medium until pressure builds, then cook on low for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let pressure release naturally.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
