- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

步驟
Prepare the sardines by removing the heads and guts. Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in the pressure cooker over low heat until fragrant. Add the onion and sauté over medium heat briefly.
Add the canned tomatoes, seasonings, and water. Mix well, then place the sardines into the mixture. Cover and cook on medium heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
