- 🍗 600g chicken wings
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🍄 8 mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 80ml red wine
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
