Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🎃 150g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Condiments
- 50g kimchi
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
步驟
Slice the onion into wedges and cut the pumpkin into 1.5cm-wide bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 3–4 minutes until browned.
Push the chicken to the side, add the pumpkin and onion, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Cover with a lid and steam for 4–5 minutes.
Add kimchi and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin) to the pan and mix well.
