- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🎃 300g pumpkin, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, slice into 7mm pieces, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.

Mince the garlic.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat.

Once the pork changes color, add the pumpkin and cook until browned.

Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
