Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🎃 6 slices (90g) pumpkin
- 100g lotus root
- 🥬 3 leaves (90g) lettuce
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Cut the pumpkin slices in half. Slice the lotus root into 7mm thick pieces and soak in water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pumpkin and lotus root slices and cook for 5–8 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Add the tuna and seasonings (mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic) to the pan. Stir-fry briefly and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Top with the cooked mixture from the pan.
