- 🧀 80g pizza cheese

步驟
Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for about 5 minutes. Remove the skin and seeds while hot, mash with a fork, add sugar, and mix until smooth. Add potato starch and mix until smooth, then divide into 8 portions.
Divide the pizza cheese into 8 portions, shape them into firm balls, and wrap each with the pumpkin mixture. Roll into balls and coat with white sesame seeds. Make 8 balls in total.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the balls, and cook for about 5 minutes, rolling them to ensure they become crispy all over.
