Main Ingredients
- 150g pancake mix
- 🎃 100g pumpkin (seeded and peeled)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Binding Ingredients
- 50g glutinous rice flour
- 🥛 150g silken tofu
- 🍬 30g sugar
Frying Oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
步驟
Sift the pancake mix to remove lumps.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, microwave at 600W for 4.5–5 minutes, and mash until smooth. Mix in 1/2 tbsp salad oil.
In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, tofu, and sugar until smooth. Add the mashed pumpkin and sifted pancake mix, mixing until combined.
Wet your hands and divide the dough into 32 equal portions. Shape into balls and arrange 8 balls in a circular pattern on small parchment squares.
Heat 3cm of salad oil to 160°C. Fry the dough with parchment paper for 3 minutes, remove the paper, and fry both sides for another 3 minutes. Repeat for all batches.
