Vegetable
- 🎃 250g pumpkin, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Protein
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Thickener
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with salt in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes until soft.
Julienne the ginger.
Heat 200ml water in a pot and add ground chicken. Lightly bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
Add ginger and sake, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add mirin and soy sauce, then stir in the potato starch mixture to thicken. Serve the pumpkin on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
