Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 pack quail eggs
- 🌭 1 pack sausages
- 2-3 green chilies
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 6 tbsp water
步驟
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Adjust the gochujang and ketchup based on your preference for spiciness or tanginess.
Make small cuts on the sausages to allow them to cook evenly. Use 1-2 packs depending on preference.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the sausages until the cuts open up and they are well browned.
Add the quail eggs, chopped onion, and green chilies to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated. Turn off the heat once mixed.
Plate the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
