    • 2 sausages
    • 2 string cheeses
    • 4 slices of melting cheese
    • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
    • Vegetable oil as needed

    • 200g pancake mix
    • 80cc water

  • Coating

    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Topping

    • 4 tbsp powdered cheese
    • 2 tbsp ketchup

Cut the string cheese in half.

Cut the sausages in half.

Skewer the sausage and string cheese alternately on a stick. Wrap with melting cheese and cheddar cheese. Repeat to make 4 skewers.

Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until uniform. Knead into a dough and divide into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a 12cm circle and wrap around the skewers.

Coat the wrapped skewers in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 160°C. Fry the skewers for 4 minutes each until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
