- 20g spicy garlic oil
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce

Trim the ends of the cucumbers and peel them into stripes using a peeler. Cut into bite-sized lengths and then halve them lengthwise. Place the cucumbers in a bowl, add salt, and massage until softened (about 5 minutes). Squeeze out excess water.

In a resealable bag, mix the spicy garlic oil and soy sauce. Add the cucumbers and massage to coat evenly. Remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
