Meat
- 500g ground meat
Egg
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, minced
Bread
- 15g breadcrumbs
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Decoration
- Sufficient almond slices
- Sufficient roasted seaweed
- Sufficient black sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
步驟
Mince the onion and carrot.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground meat, egg, minced onion, carrot, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until sticky.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread half of the meat mixture evenly, place boiled eggs on top, and cover with the remaining meat mixture. Smooth the surface. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Slice the meatloaf into serving portions. Decorate the egg cross-sections with black sesame seeds for eyes, almond slices for ears, and roasted seaweed for nose and whiskers.
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and serve alongside the meatloaf.
