Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetable
- 100g radish leaves, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- A pinch of pepper
步驟

Chop radish leaves into 1cm pieces.

Cut pork belly into 1cm strips.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook pork belly until its color changes.

Add radish leaves and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then push them to the side of the pan.

Add beaten eggs and rice, breaking up the rice as you stir-fry. Once the rice becomes fluffy, add the seasonings and mix well.
