Vegetables
- Sufficient amount of shredded daikon
- 2 shiso leaves

Place raw octopus and 1/2 tbsp of salt in a bowl. Rub and knead to remove slime. Rinse with water and pat dry.

Lay the octopus with suction cups facing up. Pull and trim excess skin. Use a knife to slice thinly at an angle.

Arrange shredded daikon, shiso leaves, and sliced octopus on a plate.
