Dry Ingredients
- 35g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 🧂 1/8 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 💧 6g warm water
- ☕ 3g instant coffee
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍬 100g organic sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🧈 30g unsalted butter
Chocolate
- 🍫 50g chocolate chips
- 🍫 190g dark chocolate
步驟
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, coffee dissolved in warm water, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer on speed 4 for about 15 minutes until the mixture gains volume.
Melt dark chocolate and butter using a double boiler. Let it cool to lukewarm before adding to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Sift in baking powder and flour, then mix until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
Stir the batter for about 5 minutes until it thickens. Let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes for better crack formation. Scoop onto a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 8–9 minutes until the edges are chewy and the center remains moist.
