- 100g boiled bamboo shoot
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
- 🥬 70g chopped spinach
Seasonings
- 1 tsp beef broth powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
步驟

Julienne the bamboo shoot and carrot. Cut spinach into 4cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add bamboo shoot, and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove and let cool.

In the same pot, boil carrot and spinach for 1 minute over medium heat. Drain and rinse with cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Add bamboo shoot, carrot, and spinach, then toss until evenly coated.
